Ingredients

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 bag salad leaves

  • 2 fresh tuna steaks

  • 1 jar black olives

  • 1 handful new potatoes

  • 1 handful Greek yoghurt

  • 2 tbsp French dressing

Method

  1. Boil eggs for 6 minutes, steam green beans over the eggs. Set aside and allow to cool. Boil potatoes for 10 minutes
  2. Mix the salad leaves, green beans, potatoes and olives in a bowl/plate. Quarter the eggs and arrange on top of salad.
  3. Griddle the tuna steaks for a few minutes (to taste but be careful not to overcook ) on each side and place on top of salad.
  4. Serve with a drizzle of French dressing.
