180g icing sugar
130g peanut butter
170g semi-sweet chocolate chips
250g Shreddies or Shredded Wheat cereal
- In a double boiler over low heat, or in a microwave, melt the chocolate.
- Add the peanut butter and mix until smooth. Remove from heat, add cereal and stir until coated.
- Pour icing sugar into a large plastic bag, add coated cereal and shake until well coated.
- Store in airtight container.
