Ingredients

  • 100g sugar

  • 220g flour

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • 230g butter

  • 1 bag crisps, crushed

Method

  1. Cream butter and sugar.
  2. Sift in flour.
  3. Add vanilla.
  4. Stir until combined.
  5. Stir in crisps.
  6. Combine with your hands until mixture forms a ball.
  7. Roll into small balls and place on an oven tray.
  8. Bake at 180C for 10-15 minutes.
