2 tbsp olive oil
1 chicken breast, per person, skinned
1 pinch pepper
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- Whisk together mustard, pepper and olive oil with a fork.
- Paste over chicken breast(s).
- Leave in fridge for a couple of hours.
- Either cook on a barbecue or slow fry them.
Very tender and doesn't taste of the mustard. My 9 year old always asks for his chicken to be cooked this way.
