  • 1 tbsp honey

  • 130g porridge oats

  • 30g mixed seeds

  • 115g butter or margarine for dairy free

  • 70g sugar substitute


<ol> <li>Mix oats, seeds and sugar substitute. Gently melt butter in pan and add honey.</li> <li>Pour melted butter and honey over oat mixture and mix until evenly distributed.</li> <li>Put mixture into small greased baking tin and pat down firmly.</li> <li>Put into a pre-heated oven at 190C and leave for 15 minutes or until golden brown.</li> <li>Cut into squares or shapes while still warm and leave to cool.</li> <li>Store in an airtight contain if there are any left!</li> </ol>
