  • 1 potato cooked and left over

  • 1 spring onion (or standard onion)

  • 1 tin tuna

  • 1 eggs beaten


<ol> <li>Mash the leftover potato and mix with the tuna and beaten egg.</li> <li>Once is is a good consistency (not too sticky, if it is add bread crumbs) add the finely sliced onion and shape into burger shapes.</li> <li>Roll into flour and either bake in the oven or shallow fry in a frying pan in butter until nicely cooked through.</li> </ol>

Handy Hint

<p>ideal dish for left over potato also substitute the onion for sweetcorn or have both</p>
