1 potato cooked and left over
1 spring onion (or standard onion)
1 tin tuna
1 eggs beaten
- Mash the leftover potato and mix with the tuna and beaten egg.
- Once is is a good consistency (not too sticky, if it is add bread crumbs) add the finely sliced onion and shape into burger shapes.
- Roll into flour and either bake in the oven or shallow fry in a frying pan in butter until nicely cooked through.
ideal dish for left over potato also substitute the onion for sweetcorn or have both
