50g butter, melted
250ml double cream, whipped
1 tin condensed milk, full fat
250g ginger biscuits
115ml lemon juice
- Crush biscuits and mix with enough melted butter to line a greased pie dish.
- Mix the lemon juice into the condensed milk.
- Fold cream into condensed milk mixture.
- Put in fridge for about 4 hours until set.
