Ingredients

  • 1 handful cheese, grated

  • 1 jar chilli sauce, (or make your own)

  • 500g minced beef or Quorn mince if vegetarian

  • 1 bag Doritos

Method

  1. Make up the chilli with the mince using either fresh ingredients or using a jar of sauce.
  2. When chilli is ready, get a shallow casserole dish/pie dish.
  3. Line bottom of dish with the Doritos generously.
  4. Add the chilli.
  5. Grate cheese on top.
  6. Put under the grill on medium for 10-15 minutes.
  7. Take out, and serve with rest of doritos and fresh crusty bread.

    Very easy and tastes great.

    It's delicious if a bit trashy! The doritos at the bottom go all mushy to make a base. Absolutely fabulous when the kids are in bed and you are watching a dvd, and drinking a bottle of wine at the weekend!
