Ingredients

  • 1 bottle fruit juice (as a base)

  • 1-2 handfuls fruit of your choice

Method

<ol> <li>Use an orange or apple juice base, then add whatever you like. Fruit becomes more interesting when you whizz it up in a blender, then freeze it in lolly moulds.</li> <li>Should be frozen in an hour or so. Or, you can make in ice cube trays for mini treats on sunny days.</li> </ol>

Handy Hint

<p>Mango and melon work really well. Add milk if you want a more creamy effect.</p>
