1 bottle fruit juice (as a base)
1-2 handfuls fruit of your choice
- Use an orange or apple juice base, then add whatever you like. Fruit becomes more interesting when you whizz it up in a blender, then freeze it in lolly moulds.
- Should be frozen in an hour or so. Or, you can make in ice cube trays for mini treats on sunny days.
Mango and melon work really well. Add milk if you want a more creamy effect.
