85 g butter
2 tbsp golden syrup
2 tbsp cocoa powder
170 gs digestive biscuits, crushed
175 gs Maltesers, half crushed/half whole
- Melt the butter and syrup together in a pan, stir in the cocoa powder.
- Add the crushed digestives and crushed Maltesers, allow to cool just slightly then add the whole Maltesers.
- Put the mixture into a tin (I use a loaf tin) and chill in the fridge for about 2 hours.
- Once chilled remove from the tin and cut into slices.
Line your tin with clingfilm as this makes it easier to lift it out once chilled.
