Ingredients

  • 250ml mascarpone cheese

  • 200g plain chocolate

Method

  1. Melt both together in a saucepan over a gentle heat.
  2. Eat warm from the pan with a spoon
  3. Go out, buy another set of ingredients
  4. Melt together in a saucepan over a gentle heat
  5. Pour into 3-4 small ramekin dishes and leave somewhere cool to set.

    My daughter doesn't like chocolate desserts to be too chocolaty (don't ask!) so I made this with milk chocolate and it worked perfectly. Personally I prefer the bite of the dark chocolate but experimenting means you can find the perfect strength and flavour for you - so you will never be able to resist!
