  • 6 tbsp golden syrup

  • 250g chocolate

  • 100g butter

  • 200g digestive biscuits crushed

  • 200g Maltesers crushed


<ol> <li>Melt the butter, syrup and chocolate over heat.</li> <li>Add crushed biscuits and maltesers. Mix.</li> <li>Spread into a lined, greased tin.</li> <li>Chill in the fridge and then cut into squares.</li> <li>Keep refrigerated.</li> </ol>

    to make small ones like petit fours use ice cube trays then pop them out
