Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp oil

  • 1 tsp mixed spice

  • 2 tbsp honey

  • 2 handfuls organic oats

  • 6 tbsp mixed seeds

  • 6 tbsp nuts chopped

Method

  1. Line a baking tray with non-stick baking parchment.
  2. Mix all the ingredients.
  3. Spread out on the baking tray.
  4. Toast in the oven at 180C until golden.
  5. Remove from oven and mix in a good handful of dried cranberries and sultanas.
