4 chicken breast
3 tsp green pesto, heaped
250 ml creme fraiche
- Cook chicken breasts in the oven at 180C for about 20 minutes basted in a little olive oil and seasoned with salt and pepper.
- Meanwhile in a small saucepan, mix the pesto and creme fraiche together and heat gently for about 5 minutes.
- When the chicken breasts are ready, serve with generous amount of pesto sauce and rice and salad.
