  • 3 spring onion chopped

  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise

  • 2lb plaice or other white fish fillets

  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

  • 55g butter

  • 55g Parmesan


<ol> <li>Brush fish with lemon juice and grill for 5-6 minutes depending on thickness.</li> <li>Mix the rest of the ingredients together.</li> <li>Remove the fish from the grill and spread on the Parmesan topping.</li> <li>Grill for a further minute or until cheese is bubbling.</li> </ol>
