Ingredients

  • 200g flour

  • 1 chicken breast

  • 3 tsp curry powder

  • 1 eggs, whisked

  • 1 handful sesame seeds

Method

  1. Slice the chicken breast into goujons.
  2. Dip in a cup of flour mixed with curry powder.
  3. Dip in whisked egg.
  4. Roll in sesame seeds to cover.
  5. Place on baking tray and cook at 230C for about 20 minutes.
  6. Serve with a dip and carrot stick (eg low sodium soy sauce mixed with sesame oil).
