Ingredients

  • 1 onion finely chopped

  • 175ml vegetable oil

  • 2 tbsp fresh mint chopped

  • 500g minced lamb

  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped

  • 1 clove garlic finely chopped

  • 2 slices stale bread soaked in water

  • 75g plain flour

  • 1 egg

Method

<ol> <li>Squeeze out excess water from the soaked bread.</li> <li>Combine all the ingredients and mix well.</li> <li>Make small balls and roll them lightly in the flour.</li> <li>Fry in hot oil for 3 minutes until golden all over.</li> </ol>
