Ingredients

  • 225g self-raising flour

  • 150ml milk

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 125g sugar

  • 2 medium eggs

  • 2 tbsp butter, melted

Method

  1. Mix the dry ingredients together and then mix the wet ingredients together.
  2. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix well.
  3. Place in muffin cases and pop in the oven for 20-25 minutes.

Handy Hint

For gluten free this recipe can be made with gluten free flour.
