Ingredients

  • 1 onion

  • 1l vegetable stock

  • 2 chicken breast

  • 1 tin chopped tomato

  • 1 pinch pepper

  • 1 pinch paprika

  • 4 handfuls rice

  • 1 chorizo

Method

<ol> <li>Chop up all the ingredients.</li> <li>Fry the chicken until it's white then remove from pan.</li> <li>Add the onion and pepper.</li> <li>Once softened, add the rice and dry cook for a few minutes being careful not to burn it.</li> <li>Add the stock little by little, stirring all the time.</li> <li>Add the chorizo, the chopped tomatoes and paprika.</li> <li>Add the cooked chicken from earlier and leave to simmer for 20 minutes and voila&hellip;yummy!</li> </ol>

Handy Hint

<p>Taste before you dish it up to make sure the rice is cooked, if not add a little more water, turn the heat up a little and cook for another 10 minutes</p>
