Ingredients

  • 1 tin tomato

  • 1 large onion

  • 2 sticks celery

  • 1 pinch rosemary

  • 2 carrot

Method

  1. Chop onions, carrots and celery, and fry in olive oil until soft.
  2. Add tin of tomatoes, some rosemary, salt and pepper and simmer gently for at least 20 minutes.
  3. Serve with stuffed pasta and parmesan cheese.
