Ingredients

  • 1 tin coconut milk

  • 700g frozen cauliflower

  • 1/2 tsp cumin

  • 2-4 cloves garlic

  • 1 tsp chilli flakes

  • 1/2 tsp coriander

  • 1 thumb-sized piece of ginger grated

  • 1 tin hot water

  • 2 tbsp Thai fish sauce

  • 1 tsp lemongrass or lime juice

Method

  1. Chuck everything in the pot and simmer until the cauliflower is cooked.
  2. Blend it in a blender.
  3. Taste it and put in more spices if desired.
