Ingredients

  • 1 onion sliced

  • 6 potato peeled and sliced

  • 1 pint vegetable stock

  • 1 bay leaves

  • 1 thyme

  • 4 carrot peeled and sliced

  • 350g Quorn pieces one pack

Method

<ol> <li>Spray casserole dish with Fry Lite, lay half the potato slices on the bottom, then sprinkle the carrots, the onions, the Quorn, thyme and seasoning to suit taste and lay a bay leaf on top.</li> <li>Use rest of the potato slices to cover the top, spray with Fry Lite and pour the stock into the dish.</li> <li>Place in oven, 180C for 75 minutes, then remove the lid for another 30 minutes.</li> <li>Remove bay leaf and serve hot. Lovely!</li> </ol>
