1 jar jam
1 packet of shortcrust pastry (or make your own)
- Roll out the pastry and cut out the circles.
- Put pastry into baking tray.
- Put dollop of jam into cases.
- Put tarts into oven at 190C/Gas Mark 5 for about 20 mins.
- Leave to cool.
Don't overfill the cases as the jam will bubble over and it's a nightmare to get off.
