1 tsp olive oil
2 chicken breast
1 clove garlic
1 pinch herbs, chopped or dried (eg parsley, chives)
1 tbsp natural yoghurt or fromage frais
- Put the chicken in a plastic bag and hit it with a rolling pin until it is flat.
- Mix together the olive oil, crushed garlic, yogurt and herbs and spread on the chicken.
- Wrap chicken up and put in the fridge for 1-2 hours.
- Cook under a medium grill for approx 10 minutes.
- Serve with mixed vegetable, potatoes or pasta.
