Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 pinch dill, (preferably fresh but can be dried)

  • 250g smoked salmon

  • 300g tagliatelle

  • 5 tbsp creme fraiche

  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Method

  1. Cook the taglietelle.
  2. Mix together the creme fraiche with the oil, lemon juice and dill.
  3. Stir in the smoked salmon.
  4. Drain the pasta, and put back in saucepan with salmon mixture.
  5. Cook for a couple of minutes.
  6. Serve

Dried dill is OK
