Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 red onion chopped

  • 250g cherry tomatoes

  • 1 clove garlic sliced

  • 1/2 tsp chilli flakes

  • 800g cannellini beans

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 200C.
  2. Place olive oil, beans, garlic, chilli, onion and tomatoes in a baking dish and stir to combine.
  3. Bake for 30 minutes until the onion is tender.
