Ingredients

  • 1 handful cheddar grated (optional)

  • 1 200g tin of corned beef diced

  • 1 clove garlic finely chopped

  • 2 handfuls savoy cabbage shredded or broccoli, finely sliced

  • 1 large shallot finely chopped

  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 handful mushrooms sliced

Method

<ol> <li>Gently fry the shallot and garlic in butter and/or oil in a large pan.</li> <li>Add the corned beef and a dash of Worcestershire sauce.</li> <li>Cook on a medium heat for 5 minutes or so.</li> <li>Meanwhile, steam the shredded cabbage or broccoli. Add the mushrooms and cook for a further couple of minutes.</li> <li>Add vegetables to the corned beef.</li> <li>Serve with a sprinkle of cheddar if you like!</li> </ol>
