Smoked salmon pasta

  • 1 pinch pepper

  • 100g smoked salmon (trimmings are fine for this)

  • 2 handfuls pasta (whatever you've got, but tubes are good)

  • 225g fromage frais (we use crème fraiche if haven’t got it)

  • 2 sprigs tarragon leaves chopped (or dried, in which case add 1 tsp)


  1. Cook the pasta.
  2. Once cooked, add in a drizzle of olive oil and the tarragon. Next stir in smoked salmon and fromage frais until the salmon is warmed.
  3. Season.

Handy Hint

Voila! Scoff.
