Ingredients

  • 20g onion, finely chopped

  • 2 tbsp double cream

  • 1 pinch turmeric

  • 100g chopped tomato

  • 1/2 tsp ginger, grated

  • 1 tsp green chilli, deseeded and finely chopped

  • 1 pinch garam masala

  • 1 pinch ground coriander

  • 1 pinch ground cumin

  • 1 pinch cumin

  • 95g small prawns, cooked

Method

  1. Fry the onion on a medium heat for 5 minutes in a tablespoon of oil.
  2. Add the ginger and chilli and fry for 2 minutes.
  3. Add the spices and fry for another 2 minutes.
  4. Add the tomatoes and cook for 10 minutes.
  5. Add the prawns and the cream. Heat through for 3 minutes.
  6. Serve with steamed green veg and a wedge of lime.
