  • 20g onion finely chopped

  • 2 tbsp double cream

  • 1 pinch turmeric

  • 100g chopped tomato

  • 1/2 tsp ginger grated

  • 1 tsp green chilli deseeded and finely chopped

  • 1 pinch garam masala

  • 1 pinch ground coriander

  • 1 pinch ground cumin

  • 1 pinch cumin

  • 95g small prawns cooked


<ol> <li>Fry the onion on a medium heat for 5 minutes in a tablespoon of oil.</li> <li>Add the ginger and chilli and fry for 2 minutes.</li> <li>Add the spices and fry for another 2 minutes.</li> <li>Add the tomatoes and cook for 10 minutes.</li> <li>Add the prawns and the cream. Heat through for 3 minutes.</li> <li>Serve with steamed green veg and a wedge of lime.</li> </ol>
