  • 300ml stock or water

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 knob fresh ginger 4cm, peeled and finely chopped

  • 1 clove garlic peeled and chopped

  • 1 handful fresh coriander

  • 1 tin chopped tomatoes

  • 1 bunch spring onions finely chopped

  • 450g minced pork

  • 300g noodles or rice


<ol> <li>Gently fry onion, garlic and ginger in a bit of oil.</li> <li>Add the pork and brown it for a few minutes.</li> <li>Add the stock or water.</li> <li>Add the tin of chopped tomatoes and cook for around 10-15 mins.</li> <li>Finish with the soy sauce.</li> <li>Serve on noodles or rice and garnish with chopped coriander.</li> </ol>

Handy Hint

<p>You can cook noodles in the pot with the sauce, for last 3 mins.</p>
