1 handfuls cheese, preferably Emmental but cheddar will do, grated
1 eggs, per person
1 portion of dried pasta
- Boil the pasta. Tagliatelle is best or even better, French nouilles.
- 3 minutes before the end of cooking time, add the eggs in their shell so that they are softly boiled.
- Drain the pasta, put on a plate, break the egg on top and cover with grated cheese.
