9oz caster sugar
- Melt the butter, syrup and sugar in a pan.
- Remove from heat, stir in oats.
- Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper and spoon the mixture onto it.
- Bake in the oven at 180C for 30 mins, until golden brown.
Mark the flapjack into slices while it's still warm to make it easier to break up.
