Ingredients

  • 225g butter

  • 110g soft brown sugar

  • 250g syrup

  • 350g oats

Method

  1. Melt syrup, sugar and butter in pan.
  2. Stir in the oats.
  3. Put into 25/30cm (10/12in rectangular, flat grease-proofed tin.
  4. Cook at 160C oven for 20 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Cut into slices when cool.
