110g soft brown sugar
- Melt syrup, sugar and butter in pan.
- Stir in the oats.
- Put into 25/30cm (10/12in rectangular, flat grease-proofed tin.
- Cook at 160C oven for 20 minutes until golden brown.
- Cut into slices when cool.
