Ingredients

  • 1 beetroots - sliced very thinly

Method

  1. Slice the beetroot thinly, arrange the slices on a baking tray and bake them at 180 degree celcius (on the middle or lower rack of the oven) for about 10 - 15 minutes or until they are dry and crispy.

Handy Hint

You have to check them from time to time just to make sure that they are not burnt (if they come in different thinness) unless you use a mandolin!

    genious!!!!! my ds cant quite manage parsnip chips yet but these went down a storm. other kids at our toddler group even liked them (while im smugly ticking off one of the 5 a day!) Thanks.
