Ingredients

  • 150g self-raising flour

  • 75g caster sugar

  • 1 splash milk, (to mix)

  • 1 pinch salt

  • 150g medium oatmeal

  • 75g margarine

Method

  1. Pre-heat oven to 180ºC/350ºF/Gas Mark 4. Grease some baking trays.
  2. Mix the dry ingredients, rub in the margarine.
  3. Add sufficient milk to make a stiff dough.
  4. Roll out thinly and cut into 7.5 cm (3 inch) rounds.
  5. Place on the baking trays and bake for about 15 minutes.
