4 tbsp oil
3 tbsp natural yoghurt
1 chicken, chopped into 8-10 pieces
2 tbsp tandoori powder
1 tsp all spice
- Preheat the oven to 180C/Gas Mark 4.
- Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl, along with a pinch of salt and pepper, making sure all the chicken pieces are coated in the spices and yogurt.
- Transfer to the chicken to a roasting tin and cook for 45 minutes.
- Serve with chips.
My creation red salt, mix 2 tbsp of salt, 1 tbsp of paprika, 1 tsp of cumin powder then fill salt and pepper jars.
