  • 75g golden syrup

  • 50g desiccated coconut

  • 175g whole rolled porridge oats

  • 125g butter

  • 50g raisins

  • 150g milk chocolate


  1. Melt the butter, syrup and chocolate together in a large pan over a medium heat.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in oats, coconut and raisins.
  3. Spoon into a 7” square cake tin, smooth surface and chill until firm, then cut into portions.
