1 olive oil
1 tsp chilli flakes, to taste
2 shallots, cut into quarters
300g tenderstem broccoli, washed
- Put the broccoli onto a baking dish or tray.
- Put the shallots on top of the broccoli.
- Drizzle with olive oil.
- Sprinkle on salt and chilli flakes to taste.
- Roast in a hot oven for 15-20 minutes until the florets are just starting to go crispy. Keep an eye on them as they can go from crispy to burnt very quickly.
