Ingredients

  • 1 splash milk

  • 1 tsp honey

  • 1/2 tbsp smooth peanut butter

  • 1 strawberry flavour yoghurt drink

  • 1 banana peeled, chopped into 4 and frozen

Method

  1. Whizz all the ingredients in a blender. Add more milk if you like it less gloopy!
