Easy potato pots

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp wholegrain mustard

  • 2 tbsp sour cream

  • 250g new potatoes, cooked

  • 1 handful Double Gloucester cheese, grated - or any cheese you fancy

Method

  1. Combine whole grain mustard with sour cream.
  2. Add to the cooked new potatoes.
  3. Transfer to a heat-proof dish, cover with cheese and grill until brown.
  4. Serve with a salad.

    This is a good use of left over potatoes, you can use other types of potatoes or cheese.
