  • 1 tsp lime juice

  • 1/2 peach

  • 1 banana

  • 690ml orange juice

  • 2 handfuls frozen forest fruits (or fresh if you have them) ie. blackberries, cherries, blueberries.


<ol> <li>Put all fruit in a mixing bowl and add the lime juice and orange juice.</li> <li>Blend until smooth.</li> </ol>
