  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 170g flour

  • 230g chicken stock (optional, this can be replaced with whichever herbs you prefer)

  • 2 slices bacon finely chopped

  • 2 eggs

  • 3 spring onions finely chopped


  1. Mix the ingredients, fry and flip as usual!

    Is the chicken stock a substitute for milk? If so, how can it be optional, you need some liquid to make batter. And shouldn't the bacon be cooked first?
