  • 1 celery stick washed and chopped

  • 1 free range chicken

  • 1 bay leaves

  • 4 potatoes peeled and chopped

  • 2 leeks washed and chopped

  • 2 onions peeled but whole

  • 2 carrot peeled and chopped


<ol> <li>Put all the ingredients in a big pan covered in water to simmer for 2 hours or more.</li> <li>Then, remove the cooked chicken and pull all the meat off to add back to pot.</li> <li>Now you can remove some of the mix and juice to blend for a baby or mash for a toddler.</li> <li>Then, add some salt, pepper and a bit of lemon juice for the grown ups and enjoy with some fresh bread and cheese, for a warming, healthy meal.</li> </ol>
