Ingredients

  • 1 bunch dill

  • 5 cloves garlic

  • 500g Greek yoghurt

  • 1 bunch flat-leaf parsley

Method

  1. Whip yogurt vigorously with a fork.
  2. Crush garlic with salt and add it to yoghurt.
  3. Finely chop dill and parsley and mix with the yoghurt.
  4. Garnish with extra virgin olive oil.
  5. Serve with warm pitta.
