1 chicken breast
1 handfuls Crunchy Nut Cornflakes, (or use cornflakes)
- Slice the chicken breast into strips.
- Crush the crunchy nut cornflakes.
- Heat oil in a frying pan.
- Dip the chicken in the egg then and coat in the crushed cornflakes.
- Lightly fry until golden brown. Serve.
Kids love these because of the sweetness but to tone them down add cornflakes (or special K) to the crushed cornflake mix.
