  • 8 slices streaky bacon (organic)

  • 250g pasta

  • 1 handful grated Parmesan (to serve)

  • 100g mature cheddar cheese grated

  • 250ml creme fraiche


  1. Bring large pan of water to the boil and cook pasta as directed
  2. Heat oil in non stick frying pan, cut the bacon into small pieces and cook until nicely crispy. Remove from heat
  3. When pasta is cooked, drain, return to pan and immediately add the grated cheddar and half the creme fraiche, stir and mix well
  4. Put the pan on a very low heat, stir until cheese has melted and add the rest of the creme fraiche and the bacon, mix well and serve. (don't keep on the heat for too long). Sprinkle Parmesan. mmmmmmm….
