Spinach and garlic dip

  • 500g spinach, either frozen, or fresh that has been cooked and squeezed dry

  • 60ml double cream

  • 175ml mayonnaise

  • 500g soft cheese, or cream cheese

  • 2 cloves garlic, peeled

  • 1 splash lemon juice

  • 1 bag powdered french onion soup

  • 1 block bread, crusty, hollowed out


  1. Put everything (bar the bread) in a blender and blend it.
  2. Pour the mixture into the hollowed out bread and chill until needed.
