Ingredients

  • 1 pinch brown sugar

  • 500g Greek yoghurt

  • 1 banana chopped (optional)

Method

  1. Place the contents of the tub of yoghurt in an attractive looking bowl.
  2. If you're feeling daring, add a chopped banana and mix through.
  3. Sprinkle the surface with brown sugar, until it's well covered.
  4. Cover your bowl and pop in the fridge for a couple of hours.

Handy Hint

Wear suitable Jackie Onassis sunglasses to complete the Greek theme while hungrily devouring your dessert!

    You can do this with grapes too. In individual glasses, put the grapes (cut in half) at the bottom, spoon full fat greek yoghurt over them, and finally sprinkle brown sugar over the top. Put in the fridge overnight and hey presto, easy dessert for the next day. One of the few desserts I can be bothered making!!
