Ingredients

  • 284ml double cream

  • 250 mascarpone cheese

  • 200g milk chocolate

  • 1-2 bags Maltesers, roughly chopped

Method

  1. Melt 150g of the chocolate, then stir in the malteser pieces. 2. Gently stir the cream into the mascarpone then stir in the chocolate mix until just marbled.
  2. Spoon into small glasses and top with the rest of the chocolate, grated or shaved.

Handy Hint

I whip the double cream slightly before adding to the mascarpone to give extra thickness.

    Very quick and easy to make, absolutely delicious. The maltesers can be substituted for a variety of other chocolate treats.
