Ingredients

  • 1 onion, sliced

  • 250g double cream

  • 1 turnip, sliced

  • 3 tbsp Parmesan, to taste, optional

Method

  1. Layer your turnips and onion in an ovenproof dish.
  2. Pour over just enough double cream to cover.
  3. If using parmesan, sprinkle over for a crispy topping.
  4. Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes.
