  • 1 onion sliced

  • 250g double cream

  • 1 turnip sliced

  • 3 tbsp Parmesan to taste, optional


<ol> <li>Layer your turnips and onion in an ovenproof dish.</li> <li>Pour over just enough double cream to cover.</li> <li>If using parmesan, sprinkle over for a crispy topping.</li> <li>Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes.</li> </ol>
